OEM Water Bottle Manufacturing
Develop your own bottle shape or component with Quanhu. Bring a drawing, reference sample or product idea; we review the structure, define the tooling and take the approved sample into production.

Develop the structure, not just the finish
OEM work starts with a new bottle shape or a new component. Color, logo and packaging follow once the structure is set, and are matched to the approved sample. If you only need your branding on one of our current models, see ODM customization.

Bottle body
Shape, capacity, mouth size and double-wall construction. We review your dimensions and intended use before confirming materials, drawings and tooling.
Lids & handles
Opening method, neck connection, seal and handle position are reviewed together. New structures are assessed for tooling; dimensions and fit are confirmed on the sample.
Straws
Length, diameter and lid fit are developed together. Material and color are reviewed for your project.
Packaging made for your product
Turn the approved product into a coordinated branded package.
- Box fit
- Set the box size and inserts around the approved product.
- Brand artwork
- Apply your logo, product information and print design to the box.
- Transport packing
- Confirm carton marks, dividers and pieces per carton for shipment.
Box style and packing are agreed with your sample and quotation.
Bring the starting point you have
Each project starts from what you already have. Tell us which of these fits, and we reply with what we need to review.
Drawings
- You bring
- 2D or 3D drawings, with target capacity, material and intended use.
- We review
- The structure, the material and the tooling scope, and tell you what the project needs.
Reference sample
- You bring
- A sample or clear photos, and a note on what must change.
- We review
- Which body or parts would be new; the drawings are confirmed with you before any tooling starts.
Product idea
- You bring
- The use, the target market and a short brief on size and quantity.
- We review
- Our team can support the design. When Quanhu creates the drawings, a design fee is quoted per project and refunded after mold development is complete.

- Raw materials are traceable through production.
- Finished bottles are spot-checked for appearance and function.
- Goods are checked again when they are packed.
Production capacity and scheduling for a development order are confirmed per model and project.
Explore our factoryOEM development questions
Short answers on drawings, tooling, samples and quantities. Anything specific to your design is confirmed in the quotation.
Can I start without finished drawings?
Yes. Send a sample, clear photos, or a brief on use, market, size and quantity. If our team creates the drawings, a design fee is quoted for the project and refunded after mold development is complete.
Can you develop only a new lid or component?
We can review a project focused on a new lid, handle or another component. We check how it connects to the bottle it will be used with and whether it needs its own tooling; fit is confirmed on the sample.
How do you decide whether new tooling is needed?
We compare your drawings or sample with what our current molds make. A new body or a new part structure needs new tooling, and this is set out with the final drawings and quotation. Changing only logo, color or packaging on an existing model is ODM work.
What is included in an OEM quotation?
Tooling, any design fee and the unit price are listed separately, together with the sample and production plan. The amounts depend on the design, material and quantity, so they are quoted per project.
When can I receive the T1 sample?
About 45 days after the drawings are finalized. T1 is the first sample from the new mold; it is not the delivery date of your order.
What happens after the first sample?
You review the T1 sample and send comments. Agreed changes are made, then color, logo and packaging are applied. Production starts after you approve the sample in writing.
What quantity and production lead time should I plan for?
For a new design, the minimum quantity and tooling depend on the design, material and production plan, and are quoted per project. The production schedule is confirmed after the design, tooling and sample requirements are agreed.
How are inspection and market requirements confirmed?
Tell us the target market and any standards or tests your buyers require. We check the existing reports for the specified product and material against those requirements and confirm what further testing is needed. Production is then checked against the approved sample.
