A sample fee applies and is credited against your bulk order. Each stage is scheduled separately and confirmed in your quotation. Which models can I customize?
Our own stainless steel water bottles, tumblers, coffee cups and water jugs. Send the model, capacity and how the bottle will be used, and we confirm which options that model takes. Plastic drinkware, lunch boxes and other sourced items are quoted separately.
When does the 500 pcs MOQ apply?
When the body is in stock and you choose a standard color. A custom color, or a model without stock bodies, usually starts at 3,000 pcs. Stock is confirmed with your quotation.
Can I choose my own color and finish?
Yes. Give us a Pantone reference. Whether spray coating or powder coating is available depends on the model and the order, and the color and finish are approved on your customized sample.
How can you add my logo?
By laser engraving or screen printing. Send vector artwork with the logo size and position you want. The method and placement are agreed on your customized sample.
Can lids, handles and straws be changed?
You choose from the parts that already fit that model, and color and fit are confirmed for the model. The straw length and fit must be compatible with the selected bottle and lid. Parts do not swap freely between models. A new lid, handle or straw shape needs a tooling review under OEM development.
How long do samples take, and is there a fee?
A plain sample takes about 3 days and a customized sample about 15 days, plus shipping. A sample fee applies and is credited against your bulk order.
Can you make branded packaging?
Yes: a printed color box or a white box with your artwork. Send the artwork, the model it is for, carton marks and pieces per carton. Packaging is confirmed in the quotation, on the sample and again before bulk packing.
How long does bulk production take?
A regular order of 500–3,000 pcs takes about 30–35 days. Sample approval and the order requirements are agreed before production starts, and the final schedule is confirmed in your quotation. Shipping is quoted separately.
When should I choose OEM instead?
Choose OEM development when you need a new bottle body or a part with a new shape that needs tooling. ODM works on the existing models we already make.
What should I send for a quotation?
The model, quantity per color, target market, logo file, Pantone reference and finish, the parts you want to change, packaging, destination and the date you need the goods. You can send it all through the ODM inquiry form.
