What is your minimum order quantity?
For our own stainless steel range:
- Standard colors with stock bodies: from 500 pieces.
- Custom colors: from 3,000 pieces.
Stock availability, models without stock bodies and sourced products are confirmed with your quotation.
Can I get a sample with my logo?
Plain samples usually take about 3 days; customized samples about 15 days for our own stainless steel models. These times do not include shipping.
Share your model, artwork and color reference. Shipping is charged separately, and the sample fee can be credited against a subsequent bulk order.
How long does bulk production take?
Regular orders of 500–3,000 pieces from our own range typically take about 30–35 days in production. Shipping time is additional.
Your model, customization and required arrival date determine the confirmed schedule; new tooling follows a separate plan.
Can you develop a new drinkware design?
Yes. Send your drawings or a design brief with dimensions, intended use and target quantity. We review the structure, prototype, tooling and production requirements before quoting the project.
Which product reports can you provide?
Send the model and destination market. We check the available reports against that product, material and test scope.
What payment and shipping terms are available?
Payment can be arranged by T/T or through Made-in-China. Usual terms are a 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, subject to the quotation.
Share your destination and preferred shipping terms so freight and delivery responsibilities can be agreed for the order.
